Stephen Smith served in the United States Army as a UH-60M and UH-72A pilot. He held the position of Aviation Mission Survivability Officer and also assisted in military procurement as a Supply Officer. Mr. Smith’s other experience include working as a supply chain analyst at a paper and packaging manufacturer where he oversaw budgeting, sourcing, and process improvements. He has further experience in logistics at a brokerage business where he managed international and domestic shipments for large and small clients. Mr. Smith also worked in public accounting; industries served include governmental, manufacturing, construction, and real estate. He also worked at a Fortune 500 as a director in fulfillment finance. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of San Diego, a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration at The University of Tampa.
David Triolo graduated from UCLA in 1980 with a Chemical Engineering degree, Mr. Triolo has over 44-years experience in the logistics, oil and gas production industry. Mr. Triolo has worked in over 10 countries supervising drilling operations for Amoco, BP and Cenovus (Husky) ranging from the desert to deep water operations. He managed and was responsible for annual budgets of more than $250 million and has completed over $10B in projects in his career.
Christopher Triolo started his career at Merrill Lynch where he went on to be a first-in-class Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors before transitioning into commercial real estate. Mr. Triolo founded www.netleasefinder.com, a leading online market place for buying, selling, leasing, and managing investment grade commercial real estate properties. Mr. Triolo has over $250M in commercial real estate transactional experience. Mr. Triolo holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
